Odors, sick buildings, colds, flu, and viruses are caused by bacteria, viruses, smoke, molds, fungus, toxins, chemicals, mildew,
and a host of other airborne pollutants. Most traditional odor removal methods utilize perfumes or fragrances to simply mask the
odor with another odor creating stale air. Homes and offices are tightly insulated and sealed now more than ever before. This
helps to save energy. However, it also traps pollutants indoors to create "sick building syndrome" and a haven for cold and flu
germs. Most colds and viruses are caught indoors by airborne germs. Indoor air pollution is now considered by the EPA to be
America's number one environmental health problem.
